We are looking for an individual who will be a true leader with technical experience and a process driven approach to achieving results.  We are a rapidly growing organization, and we have the tools to help you succeed at the highest level. 

Responsibilities

  • Set a clear vision and goals for the service department.
  • Oversee the hiring and performance of techs, tire techs, detailers, and administrative support. 
  • Ensure staff is properly trained and proficient in their duties; communicate expectations. including quality of work and measured goals.
  • Maintain quality of cars and repairs while keeping average recon costs within set limits.
  • Generate Repair Orders with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Oversee the installation and testing of GPS in each car.
  • Ensure all invoices are submitted to accounting in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe facility that is compliant with KPA, OSHA, EPA and all other relevant federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of automotive management experience, preferred.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop and retain great talent.
  • Knowledge of the system CDK and the online platform ADP.
  • Ability to process a steady volume of inventory (volume should be around 120 cars per work).
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
