Responsibilities

DAILY SNAPSHOT        

  • Lead, coach and mentor our Sales Associate team members, including hiring, performance appraisals, and terminations.
  • Explore ways for us to drive sales and grow revenue through business development opportunities.
  • Keep a pulse on your team’s customer questions to ensure they consistently strive to exceed minimum expectations.
  • Recommend innovative solutions that resolve challenges, close deals, and drive our sales.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our products to build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Oversee our merchandising and inventory management to ensure customer demand is met
  • Utilize your creativity, communication, and customer service skills to help our customers achieve their goals and train for success with our proven sales program.

Qualifications

  • You have at least a High School Diploma (some college preferred!) with at least a year of customer service or sales supervisory experience.
  • You must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work Saturdays.
  • You inspire others, are a natural leader and a great role model for your team.
  • You have an optimistic outlook and embrace positivity, determination, and looking on the bright side.
  • You’re constantly providing a “WOW” customer experience by going the extra mile!
  • You show initiative and proactively take action to close sales.
