Responsibilities

  • Receive and process modification requests from our Collections Department.
  • Properly and accurately document all account activity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to solve issues and resolve process conflicts.
  • Communicate timeline and delivery expectations to respective departments.
  • Maintain established objectives and stay informed of changes in policy and procedures,
  • Provide input to improve the efficiency of process and procedures to enhance speed and quality of process.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
  • Must be computer savvy with the ability to operate at a fast-pace and have a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to self-start and work independently with minimal supervision to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and organizational skills
  • At least 3-5 yease of Customer Service experience within the auto or consumer finance industries preferred

    High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
