• Oversee the day to day operations for the Mechanics and Tire Techs
• Assist with the diagnosis and troubleshooting of tech related problems
• Assist with diagnosis and vehicle repair
• Cultivate a team atmosphere by being the liaison between departments
• Mentor techs
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations (KPA, OSHA, EPA).
• Maintain shop supplies and inventory
• Increase production and enforce quality standards
• Assist with other duties assigned by management.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficient in driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Experience working on vehicles is preferred.
