Overview

The Service Liaison is responsible for resolving our customer mechanical concerns. 

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Receive and resolve inquiries from customers regarding vehicle issues and concerns. 
  • Communicate timelines and expectations with customers throughout service process. 
  • Review work repair orders and determining financing options with customers. 
  • Inform customers of financing options for service repairs. 
  • Process payments and complete financing loan documents. 
  • Meeting face to face with customers for closing loan documents and payment remittance. 
  • Perform regular and routine follow ups with customers. 
  • Set up, monitor, and close rentals with 3rd party vendors and customers. 
  • Collaborate with service repair centers and warranty operations. 
  • Receiving and resolving inquiries from customers, and internal department 

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, required. 
  • Experience in customer service and/or automotive industry, preferred. 
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner. 
  • Strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs. 

 

 

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of administrative work preferred.
